The 2 players who are back in the Chivas Call-up List for the Playoffs

08/10/2022 16:16 / Enrique Noriega

Considering what we saw against Cruz Azul in Matchday 17, there will be two new additions to Guadalajara's squad for the match against Puebla, a game corresponding to the Apertura 2022 Playoffs. There is no tomorrow for El Rebaño Sagrado, given that, in addition to a shaky end to the tournament, a few months back the team fell to La Franja in the same scenario, which is why this Sunday's match will have a an extra measure of payback.

Ricardo Cadena considered 24 players for the trip to the Angelópolis, and we are happy to report that Fernando Beltrán has been called up and is ready to play against the squad from Puebla. The other novelty is the return of Antonio Briseño to the list of eligible players after his injury that had kept him away from the pitch for a few weeks.

These are the 24 players called up by Guadalajara to face Puebla in the Playoffs:

Goalkeepers: Miguel Jiménez, Raúl Rangel.
Defenders: Jesús Sánchez, Miguel Ponce, Antonio Briseño, Hiram Mier, Luis Olivas, Gilberto Orozco, Gilberto Sepúlveda, Carlos Cisneros, Alan Mozo, Cristian Calderón.
Midfield: Jesús Molina, Fernando Beltrán, Eduardo Torres, Rubén González, Jesús Angulo, Pavel Pérez, Sergio Flores, Isaac Brizuela.
Forward: Alexis Vega, Roberto Alvarado, Santiago Ormeño, Ángel Zaldívar.
