Two Guadalajara youth teams will be seeking to win the Apertura 2022 title in their category. Guadalajara U16 is one step away from reaffirming that it has been the best team in the tournament and is also looking for the Tri-Championship, while the Rebaño U14 will try to win the trophy for the first time, they will also be playing in the Grand Final this week.
The red-and-white U-16 team will be playing against Toluca for the title after defeating América in the quarterfinals and Monterrey in the semifinals, while the scarlet-and-white team did the same against Atlas and Santos.

Guadalajara earned its ticket to play the title series against Pumas after defeating Necaxa in the quarterfinals and Tijuana in the semifinals. Having qualified as third place in Group 2, the Rebaño has played the entire Liguilla as the away team, which is why the Grand Final will be played in the second leg at CU's Olympic Stadium.
