The Congress of Residences and Club Houses MX 2022 has come to an end, and it turned out to be a very productive space for all the participating clubs, which found a forum to share concerns, strategies and reach several agreements to improve the conditions of those who live in these spaces. In addition, a commitment was made to meet again in a year's time for the second edition of the event organized by Chivas.

The main topics that were discussed during the sessions revolved around off-field training proposals, the definition of integral profiles for admission to the clubhouses, as well as the creation of a shared model that takes into account the welfare of the players, specializing on their needs as soccer players in development.

The congress included a couple of conferences. The first one focused on the social responsibility program that Liga MX operates jointly with the clubs, given by Gabriela López, while the second dealt with digital violence in adolescents and was given by Mercedes Llamas, director of the organization Reinserta, which works with youngsters who have been exposed to traumatic situations related to violence in Mexico.

After 2 days of work and collaboration, the congress concluded with the presentation of diplomas to all participants and a group lunch, as well as the classic keepsake photo.

Many thanks to the clubs América, Atlas, Atlético San Luis, Cruz Azul, Mazatlán, Necaxa, Puebla, Pumas, Santos and Toluca, as well as Liga MX, for having been part of this encounter and we are looking forward to seeing you in 2023 at the Akron Stadium for the second edition of the Congress of Residences and Club Houses MX.
