Chivas continues with its intense preparation in search of the win against Santos Laguna on Day 10 of the Clausura 2023 and as an extra incentive to achieve its goal, this Thursday the Jorge Vergara Foundation made it possible for more than 15 children and adolescents belonging to Mi Gran Esperanza AC to come to Verde Valle to spend time with the Rebaño.
What does this association do?
Mi Gran Esperanza AC has provided comprehensive support to children with cancer for 28 years. All the people involved in this association support everything the little ones need from the beginning of their treatment until they are discharged.
So, what went on during the visit to Verde Valle that the Jorge Vergara Foundation made possible?
The more than 15 children and adolescents arrived at the club at 10 a.m., evidently with their red and white jerseys on, and enjoyed Guadalajara’s practice in the front row, excited by every action and celebrating the goals scored in the exercises.
Once the work session was over, the special guests approached the main entrance to the Verde Valle Field 1 to mingle with all the players and the Chiverío's coaching staff. Some of them even took a ball with those who had just finished training, courtesy of Veljko Paunovic, who made all these little ChivaHermanos feel at home.
