Is it worth getting your hopes up? YESIIIIIIIIIII CHIVAHERMANOS! El Rebaño of Pauno once again gave a blow to the table, as they came from behind in a very tough match, in which they went into the halftime break down on the scoreboard, but based on attitude, determination and above all good soccer, they came from behind to turn the score around in the second half and beat Cruz Azul 2-1 this Saturday night at the Akron Stadium, a result that puts El Rebaño with a foot and a half in the Quarterfinals with 31 points and is currently the overall sub-leader with the rest of the match still to play.
The goals:
- The visitors opened the scoring at 37', after Juan Escobar put a pass between the lines that left Uriel Antuna alone in front of goal, who scored low, with power and close to the base of the right post.
- El Rebaño equalized at 52', when Alan Mozo entered the box with the ball under control, then cut back to his marker and gave the ball to 'Pocho' Guzmán, who, from the edge of the box, shot a left-footed cross that slipped between several Celestial legs, overcame the challenge of Corona and ended up in the back of the net.

The dangerous ones:
- At 15' Alexis Vega shook off Rivero's marker with a tunnel and then launched 'Charal' Cisneros into the attack, who, upon reaching the front wing, took a shot towards the base of the right post, but Corona leaned back to contain it.
- At 18', 'Chicote' Calderón reached the back line and sent a service to the heart of the area that 'Charal' shot as it came, but deflected wide of the goal.
- At 19', the 'Charal' prevented 'Cata' Dominguez from sending a rebound into the net that had been left to him inside the small area.
- At 24', 'Wacho' flew to deflect a header by 'Cata' with his fingernails.
- At 29', Alan Mozo put in a cross that 'Pocho' Guzmán came close to connecting, but Corona made a smart save.
- At 53', 'Chicote' took a right-footed shot that knocked the paint off the crossbar.
- At 76', 'Wacho' had to keep out a header from Antuna's point-blank range.
- In stoppage time, Alexis came close to sealing the game, but his cross shot did not have the desired power and Corona managed to save it.
