How likely is it that Chivas will score at least 1 goal against Atlas?

It's not just a matter of having blind faith and confidence that Chivas will be able to come back against the Zorros and advance to the Semifinals, because statistics indicate that Guadalajara will find themselves this Sunday in the second leg of the Quarterfinals with a scenario that they dominate. What are we talking about? Here we explain everything.

Chivas was the fourth best home team in the competition, scoring 16 points after winning 5 matches, drawing 1 and losing 2. In addition, in all the matches they played this semester at the Akron Stadium, they scored at least 1 goal; in fact, since the match against Xolos on Matchday 7, Chiverío's scoring average is 2 goals per match.

The top red-and-white scorers at home are: Víctor Guzmán with 5 and Fernando Beltrán with 2. Also scoring at the Akron this tournament were Alejandro Mayorga, 'Checo' Flores, Pavel Pérez, Ronaldo Cisneros, Alexis Vega and Isaac Brizuela 1 goal each.

Finally, there are a couple of previous matches in which our Rebaño lost the first leg of the Quarter-Finals by the slimmest of margins and managed to advance to the next stage. The first was in the 2006 Clausura, when Chivas lost the first leg 2-3 to Jaguares, but won the second leg 2-4 in Chiapas, while the most recent was in the 2017 Clausura against the same opponent on this occasion, when they lost by the minimum difference at the Jalisco and won by the same score at the Akron to advance by the best away criterion (and yes ChivaHermano, we know you remember that we were Champions that tournament).

What does Chivas need to advance to the Semifinals?
- Win by any score.
- If they win by 1, they tie the aggregate and advance by best position in the standings.
