León, Guanajuato. - The Liga MX has returned to activity in its lower categories, with the novelty that the Under 20 has disappeared and in its place, the Under 23 has been implemented.

Guadalajara's representative teams had a contrasting debut, as while Chivas U-23 won convincingly, the Rebaño U-18 lost by the minimum. On match day 2, they will host their counterparts from Atlético de San Luis.

The Rebaño had a good performance in the tournament and beat León 1-2, earning their first 3 points, which places them in fourth place in the general standings.

Goals:

- El Rebaño took the lead at 18' with a goal by Armando González, who received a service in the box, eluded the goalkeeper's exit and scored right in front of the open goal.

- The Esmeraldas evened the score at 34' through José Salazar, who took advantage of a rebound after a cross-shot and left-footed the ball into the back of the net.
