Good news, Chivahermanos! The senior national team has announced its list of players called up for the next FIFA date, and thanks to Guadalajara's extraordinary run in the 2025 Apertura, three Rojiblancos who have shone throughout this tournament have received their call-up to El Tri.
Armando González, Raúl Rangel, and Roberto Alvarado were chosen by Javier Aguirre to join the list of 20 players who will defend the colors of the Aztec team in the next FIFA date, in which they will play two friendly matches: against Uruguay on Saturday, November 15, in Torreón, and against Paraguay on Tuesday, November 18, in San Antonio, Texas.
La Hormiga received his well-deserved call-up to the Tricolor after finding himself in the thick of the scoring race with 11 goals, while El Piojo returned in great form after his injury and will also be back in action with the national team. On the other hand, we know that "Tala" Rangel is a man of great confidence for the national coach, so thanks to his good performances in goal for Guadalajara, he remains a regular for the Tri.
Our Rojiblancos from the national team will report to the FMF High Performance Center after the match between Chivas and Monterrey, corresponding to Matchday 17 of the 2025 Apertura.
