Guadalajara continued its perfect start to the Clausura 2026 of Liga MX. In Matchday 3, El Rebaño Sagrado defeated Querétaro 2–1 at Estadio AKRON, a result that keeps them unbeaten after three wins in three matches.
Days after that victory, Liga MX confirmed what was seen on the field: Chivas was the great protagonist of the date, capturing the most important recognitions of the matchday. So here we will tell you what the seven distinctions obtained by the red-and-white team were:

Guadalajara was recognized as the most outstanding team of the entire matchday, reflecting its collective performance and effectiveness at home.
• Best Match of the Matchday
The game between Chivas and Querétaro was chosen as the most attractive of the round for its intensity and excitement.
• Best Goal
Roberto Alvarado scored the most outstanding goal of the matchday, with a great finish after a precise assist from Richard Ledezma, a goal that meant three points for the Rebaño.
• Best Save
Raúl Rangel earned the distinction thanks to a spectacular intervention that once again showed his security between the posts.
• Player of the Matchday
The individual recognition went again to Roberto Alvarado, who was decisive in the red-and-white victory both for his goal and for boosting the team’s performance with his good actions.

Gabriel Milito was chosen as the most outstanding coach of Matchday 3, an award for the great work he has done leading the Rebaño Sagrado.
