Club Deportivo Guadalajara has always worked to be a benchmark in the industry, contributing to the development of new professionals. For this reason, we invite you to be part of a series of training experiences that will bring you closer to high performance from different perspectives: physical and psychological.
Chivas Institute of Sports Science (INCIDE) presents two new options: the First Strength and Conditioning Coaches Simulator and the course Psychological Skills for Coaches in Team Management.
First Strength and Conditioning Coaches Simulator
This is an experience driven by the Sports Performance department, where you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day work from a professional preparation standpoint.
The program is designed for students of Physical Education or Sports Sciences, as well as professionals looking to expand their knowledge. Throughout the simulator, you will actively participate in the planning, execution, and analysis of training sessions, while also experiencing the use of performance technology, such as load monitoring and key variable analysis for performance optimization and injury prevention.
During this experience, you will be guided by some of Club Guadalajara strength and conditioning coaches, who will walk you through each step to help you develop practical skills and understand the real demands of professional football. The simulator will take place on April 13 and 14, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Verde Valle and La Gigantera facilities. With limited availability for 20 participants, this intensive course has a cost of $3,500 MXN.
Psychological Skills for Coaches in Team Management
If you want to strengthen your leadership abilities, understand group dynamics, and improve team management within sports, this course is for you.
Through this program, you will learn how to create an optimal motivational climate, improve your communication as a coach, and develop strategies that enhance both performance and the well-being of your athletes. You will also understand the impact of your guidance at different developmental stages and how to apply these insights in real training and competition environments.
This course will be taught by specialists Alan Gómez and Lizbeth Rojas, sports psychologists with extensive experience in high performance and currently part of Chivas. Sessions will take place on April 11 and 12, with a total duration of 8 hours in an intensive format. There is space for 30 participants, with a cost of $2,500 MXN.
Both experiences are designed to provide comprehensive training, helping you develop not only technical knowledge but also key skills to lead, manage, and enhance sports teams. We invite you to take the next step in your professional growth and experience firsthand the preparation and passion that define Chivas.
