Chivas are ready for a new edition of the Clásico Tapatío. Tonight, the Rebaño Sagrado will visit Atlas at Estadio Jalisco for their Jornada 11 matchup of the Apertura 2026, aiming to take control against their fiercest city rivals and remind the Nación Rojiblanca that Guadalajara belongs to the Rebaño Sagrado.
For this match, Gabriel Milito has called up 22 players who will be available for one of the most highly anticipated games among Chivahermanos. The Rojiblancos will look to extend their unbeaten run against the Rojinegros to seven matches.
What are the latest updates to the squad?
- Raúl Rangel, Roberto Alvarado, Diego Campillo, Santiago Sandoval, and Hugo Camberos are back in Guadalajara’s squad after representing the Mexican National Team during last weekend’s FIFA international break.
- Miguel Gómez, José Castillo, Bryan González, and Miguel Tapias continue their respective rehabilitation processes.
- Meanwhile, Luis Romo, who suffered a hamstring injury while on international duty with Mexico, has begun his rehabilitation process. His return will depend on his progress.
- It is worth noting that Omar Govea is also absent from the squad for this match, as he will serve a one-match suspension following his red card against Querétaro.
