There were plenty of emotions as fans got to discover the story of Rubén “Oso” González at Estadio Akron! This Thursday, the Guadalajara midfielder experienced a special evening with the premiere of his Raíces episode, a Chivas TVproduction that offers a closer look at the player and reveals part of the journey that has led him to represent the colors of Rebaño Sagrado.
At 7:00 PM, the mixed zone at the House of Mexican Soccer served as the setting for the premiere, which brought together more than 40 Guadalajara fans selected from the Rojiblanco Communities and Chivas TV’s social media platforms. They had the opportunity to share an exclusive experience with ‘Oso’ and discover a more personal side of his story.
Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with a red carpet and a cocktail reception, along with popcorn and a variety of snacks to enjoy throughout the evening. Thanks to Tequila Jimador, Pastelerías Neufeld, and Pop & Roll, attendees enjoyed a special experience before the short film was screened.
After a few introductory words presenting the main guest, who attended with family and friends, it was time to watch the Raíces episode, which allowed those in attendance to delve into Rubén González’s personal life and football career.
Following the screening, a Q&A session was held, giving five fans the opportunity to ask ‘Oso’ their questions and hear his answers in an exchange that brought the midfielder even closer to the Chivahermanos.
To close out the evening, subscribers took part in a meet and greet with the Rojiblanco midfielder, who signed posters and posed for photos with attendees. This gave guests a special keepsake from a night dedicated to getting to know the person behind the Rojiblanco jersey.
