When we think of a player who deeply loved the Rojiblanca jersey, the name Juan Jasso immediately comes to mind. He was a pillar in the construction of Guadalajara's greatness, and for that reason, today we fondly remember "Bigotón," reviewing some of the most important moments he experienced with the Rebaño.

Born on this day, August 21, 1926, Jasso became one of the longest-serving players in the club's history, dedicating 21 years to the Rebaño Sagrado, a reflection of the unconditional loyalty and commitment he always showed to the club.

Here are the key moments that made him a legend:

-He was a key player in the backbone of the legendary "Campeonísimo" team, as he was part of the Rojiblanco team in the seven league championships won during that period, alongside teammates such as Salvador "Chava" Reyes and José "Jamaicón" Villegas.

-He played more than 430 games with Guadalajara since his debut with the Rojiblanco team at the age of 19.

-El 'Bigotón' accumulated 15 official titles with the Rebaño iSagrado: 7 league titles, 1 Copa México title, 6 Campeón de Campeones titles, and 1 Concacaf title, feats that reflected his winning character and his passion for consolidating the Rebaño Sagrado as the most important team in Mexico.

-In his early years, he also experienced disappointments, as he lived through the "Ya merito" era, which came very close to winning the league title. However, Jasso was instrumental in turning that story around and transforming the club into the most successful in Mexico.

-In October 1966, he ended his career as a player in a match between Chivas and Ciudad Madero, where he even scored a goal in the 3-0 victory.
